    Everyone is Interesting

Everyone’s story is interesting, particularly what they’re not saying. Use this to spark genuine curiosity in others. Actively listening with kindness will get you to the good stuff. And the funny thing is, once you start caring about them, they’ll start caring about you. As the saying goes, to be interested is to be interesting.

    Bible of BS Commandment VI

We now approach the second half of the Bible. Here the commandments are less defined and where you will find the most deceptive of BS both large and small. They become both more obscure and debatable with each subsequent commandment.

6th commandment – Thou shalt make improper assumptions. This includes jumping to conclusions and assuming causation with correlation. Be particularly mindful of this as many seemingly convincing forms of BS are largely based on unfounded assumptions that are barely highlighted in the main discourse.

    Be a Lambo

Many of the worlds richest people often spend hours a day taking care of themselves. Better prioritization, more efficient multi tasking, and improved problem solving is what puts these top earners where they are today.

Working out, meditation, and reading are just some of the daily self-care acts these leaders use to move 200 mph in the fast lane. Moving like a well oil machine, even just for a few hours, is better than “driving” for 12 hours a day in an off direction, and all the while breaking down every few minutes.

Creativity, mindfulness, compassion, and many others are all involved in completing nearly every task. The sharper, and more coordinated these tools are, the more effective your daily life will be. Take the time to tend to your mind, body, and relationships.
